Ecclesiasties

Author: Islip Collier. Soft cover. Originally published in the Christadelphian Magazine
A critic has suggested that the writer of Ecclesiastes was a fatalist because he wrote of an orderly succession of events in nature. A famous duke who acquired a certain literary reputation in the last century might be equally called a fatalist because he believed in “The Reign of law”. The great principle expressed in this tile (The Cycle of Life), now accepted by all thinkers, was clearly stated in the first chapter of Ecclesiastes.
